Our Homer Alaska Fishing Trips

Halibut + Captains Choice
This shared fishing trip runs approximately 8 hours and is designed to give anglers the best opportunity to reach their halibut limit. After targeting halibut, the day may include fishing for other species depending on seasonal availability and current conditions. Additional species often include salmon, rockfish, and Pacific cod.
This trip is ideal for guests who want to experience halibut fishing while remaining flexible to target what’s biting for the best overall fishing experience.

Halibut Rockfish Combo
This shared fishing trip runs approximately 8 hours and is planned around the tides to maximize success for both halibut and rockfish. The primary goal is to reach daily limits for these species, with opportunities to target additional fish if conditions allow.
This trip is ideal for anglers who know they want to focus on both halibut and rockfish for a productive day on the water.

Halibut Salmon Combo
This shared fishing trip lasts approximately 8 hours and is scheduled around the tides to target halibut first before shifting focus to salmon. King salmon are present in local waters year-round and require a valid king salmon stamp. From mid-July through the remainder of the season, anglers can also expect increased opportunities for pink and silver salmon.
This trip is ideal for guests looking to combine productive halibut fishing with exciting salmon action in a single day.

Private Charter
This private fishing charter offers up to 10 hours on the water for groups of up to six anglers. Most trips begin by targeting halibut, then shift to fishing for species of your choice based on current conditions and preferences. Depending on the day, this may include salmon, rockfish, or Pacific cod.
With a private charter, the schedule and fishing plan are completely flexible, making this an excellent option for families or groups looking for a personalized experience without sharing the boat
